محادثاتك على جوالك
المحادثات والأماكن المحفوظة تنحفظ على جوالك بس. لما ترسل سؤال، يرسل التطبيق السؤال وآخر المحادثة عشان نقدر نجاوبك، وما نحفظ المحادثة عندنا كمحادثة. تقدر تمسح محادثاتك من الإعدادات في أي وقت.
سجل مجهول لمدة 30 يوم
نحتفظ بسجل مجهول عشان نحسّن جودة الإجابات: نص السؤال والإجابة، ووقتها، ورقم مجهول للجهاز محفوظ بشكل مشفّر ما يرجع لك. ينحذف السجل تلقائياً بعد 30 يوم، وكذلك البلاغات عن الإجابات.
الموقع
نستخدم موقعك (أو النقطة أو المنطقة اللي تختارها) بس عشان نجاوبك: نرتّب الأماكن القريبة ونحسب المسافة. ما نحفظ موقعك ولا نربطه بأي شخص. التطبيق يطلب الموقع أثناء الاستخدام فقط، ويشتغل كامل لو رفضت.
مين يشوف سؤالك
عشان نحضّر الإجابة، يوصل سؤالك وآخر المحادثة والموقع (إن وجد) لمزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي Anthropic، وتُستخدم الإحداثيات للبحث في قوائم أماكن عامة. ما نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
إحصائيات الاستخدام والأعطال
التطبيق وهذا الموقع يستخدمون خدمة Firebase للإحصائيات وتقارير الأعطال، عشان نعدّ الاستخدام بشكل مجهول ونعرف وين يتعطل التطبيق ونحسّنه. في التطبيق، معرّف الإعلانات من Apple مقفل، وما فيه تتبّع عبر التطبيقات الثانية. وفي الموقع، نستخدم وسم إحصائيات يعدّ الزيارات. ما نبيع هالبيانات ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
الحد اليومي
نعدّ الرسائل لكل جهاز في اليوم عشان الحد اليومي، بالرقم المجهول نفسه.
There is no sign-in and no account. We never ask for your name, phone number or email.
Your chats stay on your phone
Chats and saved places are stored on your phone only. When you ask something, the app sends that question and the recent conversation so we can answer; we do not keep the conversation on our side. You can clear your chats in Settings at any time.
An anonymous log, kept 30 days
To improve answers we keep an anonymous log: the question and the answer, the time, and an anonymous device number stored as a one-way hash that cannot be traced back to you. It is deleted automatically after 30 days, and so are reports about answers.
Location
Your location (or the pin or area you choose) is used only to answer you: to rank nearby places and show distances. We do not store it and never link it to a person. The app asks for location only while in use, and works fully if you say no.
Who sees your question
To prepare an answer, your question, the recent conversation and the location (if any) are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, and the coordinates are used to search public place listings. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Usage analytics and crash reports
The app and this website use Firebase, an analytics and crash-reporting service, to count usage anonymously and see where the app crashes, so we can improve it. In the app, Apple's advertising identifier is off and there is no tracking across other apps. On the website, an analytics tag counts visits. This data is not sold or used for advertising.
Daily limit
We count messages per device per day for the daily limit, using the same anonymous number.
